You should be drinking just plain water on a daily basis. Caffeine is a diuretic and actually causes more water to be eliminated from your body. How much water should you drink? Eight glasses of water a day may not be enough for everyone. The larger you are, the more water you need. Drink more if you are sweating a lot, active with sports, or living in a warm and dry climate.
You might be thinking that water is bland and boring, and that you can’t possibly drink eight or more glasses per day. Perhaps you are too busy to drink water, and you can’t be running to the bathroom constantly.
