How long should my massage be?
If this is your first massage, we recommend scheduling for one hour. This will allow us to assess your needs and provide you with a full body massage.
For regular clients we suggest talking to your therapist to determine what length of massage will best meet your needs.
How Far in Advance do I Need to Schedule?
We prefer that you schedule at least 48 hours in advance, but you can always check to see if a time slot is available on short notice.
What should I do after my massage?
Drink lots of water! Your body will need to flush out the toxins that have been generated during your massage. Otherwise you can resume your normal schedule of activities.
